Our tour series #SSSonTheRoad has taken us to Durban SA, the enchanting Zanzibar Island, and the vibrant heart of Kampala Uganda. And guess what? We’re just getting started!
As we mark our 5th year in 2023 and embark on our rebranding journey, we’re actively seeking collaborations to elevate our event and make it bigger and better than ever before. SSP FILMS
The Solutions storytelling project: Africa is a collaborative storytelling fellowship that connects regional filmmakers and social innovators in Africa (2023) to produce solutions-focused short documentaries that catalyze positive change.
SSP is from the Video Consortium, supported by the Skoll Foundation, for a more equitable future.
These filmmakers hail from all parts of the continent i.e. Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Somalia, Nigeria, and the DRC.
Following the completion of these films, Video Consortium in collaboration with Docubox and the visionary support of the Skoll Foundation presents the solutions storytelling festival; a screening event, dedicated to showcasing these impactful short films from across Africa.
